How can we make a change and begin again?
We may know that we want something in our lives to change, even when we are not yet certain what the change should be. The issue may lie in our habits, priorities, relationships, beliefs or the direction in which we are moving.
Making a meaningful change begins with understanding what is no longer helping us live well, what is worth moving towards, and what should guide the direction we take.
Once we recognise the change we want to make, we still have to begin. Lasting change may require honesty, courage, support, practical steps and the willingness to continue when progress is slow.
